B2B Service — No Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Faktor400 is exclusively directed at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) who operate as Amazon sellers. By registering, you confirm that you use the Service in the course of your commercial or self-employed professional activity (see GTC § 1).

Since Faktor400 is exclusively directed at entrepreneurs, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to §§ 355 et seq. BGB. The right of withdrawal for distance contracts applies only to consumers (§ 13 BGB).

Free Trial Phase

New customers receive a free trial phase of 14 days. During the trial phase, there is no payment obligation. At the end of the trial phase, the account is automatically deactivated — there is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription (GTC § 3).

Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 14 days' notice to the end of the billing period. For annual subscriptions, the minimum contract term is 12 months. Cancellation can be made via the account settings or by email (GTC § 8).
